Doctored-Up Instant Ramen

spinach artichoke chicken sandwich

Seriously impress your friends and family with this Doctored-Up Instant Ramen dinner.

Ingredients (4 servings)
  • 4 packs Instant Ramen

  • 1 batch Homemade Rotisserie Chicken Broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 4 eggs, soft boiled

  • Optional: Toasted sesame seeds, Chili oil

Instructions
  1. Cook Instant Ramen Noodles like normal

  2. Heat up batch of homemade Rotisserie Chicken Broth (add garlic, mushrooms, and ginger)

  3. Add Toppings: Soft boiled eggs, Green onions, Sesame seeds, and Chili oil
