When an event happened in Afghanistan that I became involved in, it made me realize that my true passion is helping families strengthen their relationships.
I looked back on my life and asked myself the question, "How was my family so strong amidst all the chaos?"… The answer was: a consistent family dinner time.
Coming to this conclusion, I began to reverse engineer how family dinner led to such a strong family bond. I paired this with my I.T. background and I developed, tested, and proved a special method that gives moms like you the ability to master dinner time so your stress would be lowered and you can actually focus on what really matters: your family bonds.
